Mr. Mineshh Rathhod is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Yarely, a boutique maritime advisory firm specializing in dry bulk legal, commercial, and derivatives consulting. With over 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep domain expertise in dry bulk chartering, freight strategy, maritime law, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Rathhod has held leadership roles across critical functions in global shipping, including commercial operations, freight management, and risk mitigation. He is recognized for his ability to integrate legal precision with commercial insight—delivering value-driven outcomes for shipowners, charterers, and commodity stakeholders.
His academic credentials include:
- LL.M. in International Commercial and Maritime Law, Swansea University, UK (2023–2024)
